@airindia So you claimed that refund is processed and now your finance team suddenly cannot find the transaction! Also, have shared the transaction with you from the card! You have already acknowledged it within this thread.
@airindia I understand that you replied via DM. But you understand that I don't want to share bank details if the transaction's not via bank? Also, you can share ARN details if you are claiming that you have processed the refund. Also, why do you need statement till date?
@airindia Thanks for the DM that you've changed the case ID & absolutely need more than 1.5 months bank details to share the ARN number. I do not wish to share my bank statement, despite sharing the transaction details with. I don't understand why bank statement is needed for card payment
@airindia Hi - you have responded stating some other case ID altogether. Can you not share the ARN number after saying that you initiated the refund on 04 Feb? Do you not see how ridiculous this is getting?
@airindia How many more working days does it need? You already said refund is initiated on 04 Feb. You said check back after 10 working days for ARN, and I am checking on the 12th day. How inefficient is this system?
@airindia It has been 7 working days since this message, and more than 14 days since you said that refund has been initiated as you can see. Are you in a position to share the ARN number over DM. Please remember that this beyond your own timeline stated publicly.
@airindia Hi - sharing the screenshot of your response for full transparency. You requested transaction info, I am not comfortable sharing that over social media & have already shared this over the case ID. May be you can check the case ID (shared earlier over DM) before this response?
@airindia Hey! Have sent you a DM with the flight details from your app interface. It is visible that retro claim on your website is broken. Will love to see how many hours/days before we rightfully get the credit. Trust you can see in the DM all details from your app itself. @airindia
@skh27 Got the same request over mail. I checked my annual spend and have been crossing the โน1.5L/month benchmark every month for the last 48 months.
