@DuaneStorey @Pressable We definitely want to make backups more accessible from a customer facing perspective. On demand backup/snapshot/restore is something we have plans for making happen but don't have a specific date for release, yet. :)

If you use our offsite backup feature, you can always download the latest copy from Amazon S3 or Rackspace Cloudfiles.
