My approach? Strip away the noise. It’s about showing the clients' work, not mine. When the art is front and centre, audiences crave, understand and buy.
Note to self: Simplicity is always the base of true greatness.
Over-designed sites kill conversions. Period.
Flashy websites fail to sell high-ticket products and art because nobody's there to see the design.
The audience wants to feel connected to the work and the message, not to get distracted by fancy layouts.
Less is more.
The key to selling art (or any high-ticket product) online isn’t in flashy but minimal design. Here’s why:
- Visually striking imagery is what sparks desire.
- Prioritizing the art, photography, and copy ensures the product takes center stage—not the platform it’s displayed on.
2024 has been the most rewarding year of my career.
Was featured twice in print (1M+ views), and received 1 award & 1 honorable mention—all as a photographer.
But here’s the thing: I’m a designer....
...so deciding to now merge talents:
- Transition to fine-art photography in my own art;
- Niche down to help creatives build brands in wellness & creativity (high standards only) 🚀
- Design an educational platform for creativity infused with personal growth.
@nikolacupic Yes. Introduce new KPIs from different life categories, by which you measure your level of self-worth. Some say it derails focus, but life is holistic...
So why not take KPIs from other areas, and help feed internally felt self-worth? 👍
Feeling like Eddie Morra on NZT-48
Almost too much energy.
Business is on fire.
Eye watering moments with clients.
Paying for my Mum to have surgery privately to skip the NHS queue.
Feel like I could run through a wall if I tried.
🔥→ 5 primary factors in my routine:
1. Nutrition is locked in 🔒
Fast until 12, low carb high fat/protein meal, 500ml cold press juice for micronutrients, load up in the evenings.
(!!) Reducing my sugar intake from fruit/honey has been a game changer.
2. Supplements⚡️
→ Methylated B12 & folate
→ 2 x 15 drops Methylene Blue in 100ml OJ (pre-first meal and mid-afternoon)
→ Magnesium 60 mins before bed (l-threonate, taurate, glycinate)
3. Coffee ☕️
Only after the first meal, 2 americanos (maybe 3 if I’m feeling risky)
4. Using my breath to shift my state 🫁
Everything is less taxing when I manipulate my breathing.
Tolerating more stimulus without it driving stress = 3x output and quality
Slow cadence of speech, long slow exhales when I need, sticking to my daily practice.
5. Living in my purpose 🎯
The ultimate source of energy.
Feeling like years of work is coming together and I’m exactly where I need to be.
↓ If 30 people comment “LIMITLESS”↓
I’ll host a free 45-minute free call on every variable to maximise performance (next Thursday)
I’ll invite those that comment.
[Not worth the time if less than 30]
@bensmithlive Been journaling regularly for years now, with Notion, as I sometimes refer to previous entries for guidance. Prompts include gratitude, lessons learned and a to-do list to set the day.
Favourite word in another language? ✈️🎒
“Sawubona” It’s Zulu, but used all over Southern Africa. It’s not only a greeting, but the acknowledgement of the importance of your presence. It literally means “I see you (and therefore acknowledge you)”
