What did you work upon to resolve this issue?! At least an update / call from engineer can give assurance. I don't get it... How can you take full payment upfront but for service there is complete silence and no response. Amazing scam!

Have DM'd you account number. Mail says within 48 hrs visit will be there and your sales guy is giving excuse of 3 days to instalment. Why as a customer should chase you?!

@ACTFibernet Basic ethics is missing, taking up front full payment but installation takes 2 days. Customer has to follow up multiple time yet no conclusive reply. Poor experience before even service starts. #poorservice#CustomerServiceFail
