Xabi Alonso should be sacked and this project handed to Cesc Fàbregas. It feels like Alonso is taking Chelsea backwards, especially if you believe his Liverpool ties are influencing things.

Bring in Cesc, who knows the club and has a better playing style than Alonso.

We can’t keep losing games when we have some of the best attacking players in the Premier League. Losing 2–0 to Brentford is unacceptable.
