I really think @nswpolice should charge @natmatthews310 for making clearly false statements. There are genuine victims out there, and I'm not immune to the fact that we have to get the balance right, but one thing I would think everyone should agree on is that when somebody makes a false statement, there should be punishment for that. The argument that this is going to disincentivise real victims from coming forward is nonsense. I'm not disincentivised from shopping at Coles because they have security and prosecute people for shoplifting, only shoplifters are, and prosecuting people for making false claims is only going to incentivise those making false claims.

All the noise around @RealMarkLatham and “Mad Matthews” has been entertaining but my fun comes next month when I finally get to expose @nswpolice and their two-tier justice system.

When a women can get an AVO issued based on complete lies but a man can go to the police with audio of a women threatening to have him killed and they do nothing, @nswpolice are is a disgrace.

This morning all of the charges against me, made as a result of Nathalie Matthews false claims to NSW Police were withdrawn by the prosecution before court.

Not only was it clear to the prosecution these claims were complete rubbish, but the prosecution stated they would be failing their ethical role to proceed with these changes and withdraw both the criminal charges and the AVO and allowed me to make a full cost application.

This is a complete vindication of the fact @natmatthews310 lied to police, just as she has done since me with her claims against @RealMarkLatham

For over 6 months, I have lived under the threat of serious criminal charges carrying a potential penalty of up to 5 years’ imprisonment, along with the risk of deportation from Australia for charges that should never have been laid.

NSW Police are an embarrassment, they allowed Nathalie Matthews to make claims and not only provide no evidence for many of them, but in some cases provide contradictory evidence and still put these disproven statements into the fact sheet.

I will be putting in a cost application which will be paid by the New South Wales taxpayer, this is money that could be spent on hospitals and schools, what a waste.

This reflects a serious breakdown by New South Wales Police. When false allegations are accepted without proper scrutiny, innocent people are put at risk and the public ultimately pays the price.

If taxpayers are required to fund settlements arising from failed prosecutions, then accountability must follow. There should be consequences for those who make false statements to police that trigger such outcomes.

I therefore urge New South Wales Police to act with integrity and charge Nathalie Matthews for making a false statement to police.

Nathalie Matthews is in a dilemma.

If she does not appear in court this week to testify and repeat the completely false claims she made to police 6 months ago, the police will have to drop the charges.

At that point, she will be exposed as the pathological lying psychopath that she is.

If she does take the stand , which I hope she does, my lawyer will tear her apart and expose her as the pathological lying psychopath that she is.

I have not made any comment about this until now, but enough is enough. Nathalie Matthews is an evil human being, and on Friday she will be exposed by the court as the lying psychopath that she is.

Nathalie Matthews is not a successful business owner, she is a criminal. I started Skynet Global Logistics, and she stole it from me along with hundreds of thousands of dollars. No body that knows her believes she has the intelligence to start a Mexican wave let alone a business.

She has committed fraud, made death threats against me, encouraged me to commit suicide, and made my life a living hell for the last 10 months.

But the house of cards is about to fall.

Nathalie's life is about to unravel because everything she has built is based on lies and crimes, and it is all about to come crashing down and I look forward to seeing her go to prison for a very long time.

20 May 2025 – After months of asking “Mad Matthews” to return the $30,000 she received after forging my signature to sell my car, I went to the police and reported it.

2 June 2025 – Nathalie threatened to have someone kill me, so I reported this to police and provided the audio recording.

2 June 2025 – Later that same day, police knocked on my door at 8pm. I assumed it was about the stolen car.

Of course not. Instead, they issued an AVO and later criminal charges against me for harassment based on a voicemail from 20 May 2025, hours before I reported my stolen car, because I said “Your life is going to take a significant turn for the worse if we don’t resolve this.” Apparently that’s a threat.

So she can make a death threat against me and that’s not worthy of an AVO.

But me warning that I’ll report her to police (which I did later that day) is worthy of an AVO?

6 months later have police even interviewed Nathalie about the stolen car?

No. Of course not.

And then, to add insult to injury, they call me wanting a statement against Nathalie in the revenge porn case which has almost nothing to do with me.

When I politely refused, I was told I’d be subpoenaed.

So yes, if NSW Police do great work in this state, I’m yet to witness it. I stand by my statement Fuck @nswpolice

While I understand all the anger to this, don't let yourself be fouled into outrange over this. Of course it's intentional that they pick Easter Sunday to be this "Trans gender day of visibly day" but ask yourself why?

Because they care about transgender people? Of course not, because if that were the case they would not do it on a day designed to outrage people and create backlash and hate to them.

It's done to make you angry so you are talking about this completely manufactured issue so you don't pay attention to the issues that matter.
