@SamsungIndia On confronting your customer care at Silchar, they blamed me for damaging the door. First they installed a faulty door and now I am being blamed for the damaged. Is this the way you treat your customers?

@SamsungIndia I paid ₹2000 on 30th April at your authorised service centre (Maa Bhagabati, 146 Kanakpur Road, Trinayani Ln, Silchar - 788006) to replace my fridge door. Was told 7 days, it’s been 18 with no update. Tired of "wait 2-3 days" replies. Please resolve this.

@RailMinIndia uncleaned and used pillows are given to the passengers, if not all, the ones we have received are dirty and seems used. We are traveling in the 15611 Rny Scl Express in 3AC.
