(1/7) Lately, there’s growing talk about analogue paneer, a cheaper alternative to regular paneer. While its sale isn’t illegal, FSSAI rules require sellers to declare it clearly. But when ordering from Swiggy, Zomato, etc., there’s no such disclosure. Why?

🚩RED FLAG🚩: When companies have “No Added Sugar" on their packaging label

You can bet there’s sugar in it and they’re trying to confuse you.

No Added Sugar just means nobody added table sugar to the product during fabrication.

But there can be plenty of other sources of sugar in the product, like fruit juice, powdered dates, etc.

NO ADDED SUGAR does not mean NO SUGAR.

This seriously annoys me so much. Food companies, do better

@Apollo24x7 Samples for lab tests were collected at 7-30 AM but the samples are not yet submitted to the test centre (almost 6 hours passed). Do you even care about the fact that quality of the samples gets degraded by time?
