what if every day you:
- passed out at 10pm
- woke at 6am
- doomscrolling gave you brutal migraines
- junk food made you vomit violently
- you couldn’t speak until you’d exercised, cleaned up, and dressed well
how different would life be for you
i hate this feeling of not doing anything
of not figuring out what i'm supposed to do
and then working hard towards that
it's deeply irritating and sickening
doomscrolling has its claws in deep
the longer you look away, the worse it gets
it only pierces deeper from here
attending to it today is the easiest it’ll ever be
how can one work on anything anymore
when there's a strong sense it becomes obsolete tomorrow
the pace of change is increasing to the point of paralysis
why is it so difficult to determine what to spend your time on
it feels like: if i just knew what to work on, i could just focus on that
but figuring out the thing i should spend my time on is so difficult
nothing seems worth it anymore
