🚨 SERIOUS SAFETY VIOLATION – NAMASKAR PETROL PUMP 🚨
On 12 Aug 2026 at 11:14 PM, at Namaskar Petrol Pump, Svy No 3 His No 2, Vill Kashi, NH-8 Kashi Gaon, Mira Road East, Thane-401107, customers were allegedly allowed to fill petrol themselves in the absence of staff.

This raises a serious public-safety concern. I request concerned authorities to immediately investigate, preserve CCTV & transaction records, inspect the outlet, and take strict action
