@airindia my 16 year old son who was travelling alone to go to his school in Pune today, reached the delhi airport at 2:20am today to catch the 4:30 flight. After reaching the check-in counter he with his school friend were asked to move to another line by a Air India employee

Not only is this traumatic for him, they have also missed their flight! They have to report to the school today. What is the point of trusting Air India if they cannot do the job correctly! He has travelled alone in other flights befor and never once faced this ordeal @airindia
