Sector 103, Gurgaon – 40 minutes waiting, not a single cab accepted.
When residents can’t even reach a doctor because basic transport fails, it shows how broken the system is.
Ride‑hailing apps must ensure driver reliability, and authorities must address the lack of public transport and infrastructure in new sectors. Gurgaon’s rapid expansion cannot come at the cost of residents’ daily needs.
Leaving Delhi for Gurgaon was supposed to be progress, but poor connectivity and zero accountability make it feel like a step backward.
👉 Request: Immediate improvement in cab service reliability and urgent attention to public transport development in Sector 103.
