4. Then he picks his calculator, bottle & leaves

All this caste-discimination drama will anyways not sustain in court.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಲೋ(ಪ)ಕ ಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ಹಗರಣಗಳನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡುವ SIT ತನ್ನ ತನಿಖಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 'ಮೂಗು ತೂರಿಸಲು' ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅವಕಾಶವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತನಿಖೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಬಳಸಿ ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಗೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕೆಲ 'ಪ್ರಭಾವಿಗಳ', 'ದಲ್ಲಾಳಿಗಳ' ನಿದ್ದೆಗೆಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಉಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯ ನೀಡಿರುವ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡು ಮಾಡಲು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳು ಸರ್ವೋಚ್ಚ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹೋಗುವುದಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇಲ್ಲವೇ ? ಅಥವಾ ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿಲ್ಲವೇ ? ತಮ್ಮ 'ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳೇ' ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಲು ಏಕೆ ಬಯಸುತ್ತೀರಿ ? ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಯಾರನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಹಸ್ತಕ್ಷೇಪ ಮಾಡಲಾಗದೆ ತಮ್ಮ 'ಬಂಟರನ್ನು' ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನುವುದು ಚಿಂತೆಯೋ ಅಥವಾ SIT ಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಮ್ಮ 'ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲ' ಇಲ್ಲವೆಂಬುದು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯೋ ?

2 ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆಯಷ್ಟೇ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ವೀರಾವೇಶದಿಂದ ಹೇಳಿದವರು ಇಂದು ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದ ತೀರ್ಪನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ ಎಂದು ನಡುಗುತ್ತಿರುವುದೇಕೆ ?

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜನತೆ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಕಷ್ಟಪಟ್ಟು ಓದಿಕೊಂಡು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಹವಣಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಯುವ ಸಮೂಹ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಉತ್ತರಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

I raised their concerns in the Assembly and stand firmly with their demands:

• Cancel and review all appointments made by the present KPSC body since 2023, wherever the integrity of the selection process is in question
• Take action against every KPSC member found responsible, on the same lines as action taken against the suspended Chairman
• Grant appropriate age relaxation to genuine aspirants who have lost crucial years because of recruitment delays and irregularities
• Allow the SIT to conduct a completely independent, impartial and time bound investigation, bringing every lapse, manipulation and person responsible to light

The Karnataka High Court has itself recognised the gravity of the allegations and has constituted an independent SIT with a 100 day deadline.

Our students have spent years preparing for government examinations. Their hard work, merit and future cannot be sacrificed because of failures within KPSC.

Justice for every genuine aspirant. Accountability for every person responsible.

ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಯುವಕರ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚೆಲ್ಲಾಟವಾಡಿ, ಹಗರಣದ ರೂವಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಲು ಹೊರಟಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ 'ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ'ಯ ಅಸಲಿ ಮುಖ ಇದೇ ನೋಡಿ! ತನಿಖಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರದ ಊರುಗಳಿಗೆ ಓಡಿಸಿದ ಮಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಮಾಧಿ ಮಾಡಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
