@SmythsToysUK Hi, I received an order and the delivery note said that it was left inside my porch, but it was left outside in the rain.
My parcel is damaged from the rain and the contents are soaked and damaged.
Please can a new one be sent?

@eon_next over a week ago. Please can someone contact me ASAP about switching to eon next drive for ev charging. If I requested a quote instead of switching I'd have expected to have been contacted by now.

@eon_next I tried to switch my tariff on 9th July, got to a confirmation page that said thank you for choosing eon, assuming I had switched the tariff, but now I'm on a variable rate and paying more. Spoke to a rep on whatsapp that said I only requested a quote but that was over
