Coach, you tell them to believe in themselves, visualize success, be aggressive and to have fun but then turn around and get on them for being “too” aggressive, only talk about all the mistakes they are making and make passive aggressive comments about their performance?? Let’s be honest here, you’re a walking, talking, breathing contradiction. You just might be a part of the reason they are struggling with confidence, why they are playing tentatively and seem to not be enjoying the game.
