@fitbit @FitbitSupport I received the fitbit ionic regund in my paypal account but wasn’t able to redeem it due to KYC issues . Now when KYC is done , Can you recall that payment and Resend it . pls respond

@PayPal @AskPayPal We received refund from fitbit in our paypal account few days back,a/c has not been used since 2 years . Money is not showing in paypal account, its very frustrating and nobody is responding on chat/email.
Sort it out pls .
