Your body isn't just a home, it's a vehicle.
Use it to change yourself - mentally and physically.
If you're lacking focus, exercise.
If you're feeling stressed, go for a walk.
If your mental health is declining, focus on your diet.
If you want a better mind put your focus into enhancing your body.
