@EngrDharmendra@JioCare@reliancejio I faced the similar issue and I paid the rs1000 on May 20, 2024. Its been more than one month and still no update on the refund. I even raised a dispute on the grievance on consumer helpline
The service was not available in our location. There was not enough range in our area for the Airfiber to get adequate range. I should have gotten the refund way back. Why it takes one month to get the refund ? You are holding the customer’s money for no reason.
