someone in a vid i was watching just pointed out that if stolas liked blitz so much he could've funded IMP instead of doing the grimoire deal and I just ascended because IT'S LITERALLY TRUE LMAO
@dpekat04 I actually had this song in mind! I’ve listened to it so many times and even wanted to make some art inspired by it. But the comic I just drew was actually inspired by Labrinth & Zendaya’s ‘I’m Tired’ from Euphoria
Blitz overdosing and just curling up on the couch waiting to die. Stolas is staying over at Vassago's, thinks Blitz is just sleeping. Throws a blanket over him before he walks out. If he had paid just a little more attention he would've seen his breathing stop.
I also started rewatching to make sense of all the S3 drama, and the "Apology Tour" episode makes zero sense at all. Why did they make Blitz apologize to the human girl he killed in season 1?? It was literally a hit job he got PAID for. We are in HELL
after watching helluva boss season 3 I decided to rewatch the whole show from the beginning so my opinions aren’t just based on vague memories and I genuinely wonder how the fuck Apology Tour came into existence bc it’s just bullshit after bullshit and it only goes downhill after
I honestly and sincerely do not want Stolitz to be endgame. You just can’t build a healthy relationship when it started on coercion rather than genuine connection. Stolas literally forced Blitz into this because of the grimoire.
@berry_sulo 😛 Bestie, calm down, it’s literally Hell. Everyone here is awful, but Stolitz is toxic even for Hell standards. If you’re gonna scream at me, I’m just gonna block you 🤲🏻
@Blondie_In_Red I know, but going to a paid contract just to 'prove a point' is exactly why it feels like a poorly written gag. It breaks the internal logic of his profession just for fan-service
@333Renar97161 I get the episode’s premise, but Martha makes zero sense. I can accept him apologizing to the agents’ corpses because he killed them unnecessarily. But Martha was a paid hit job. If he has to apologize to her, he should apologize to EVERY contract. It was just a forced gag to
@GoldReaper1223 I completely get the character psychology behind his avoidance. My critique is purely about inclusion of Martha specifically. She was a paid hit job, so putting her on that list just felt like a forced filler gag that broke the show's internal logic for me
@SaintHeartwing My point is strictly about the meta-narrative, not real-world ethics. Helluva Boss is an adult black comedy about hitmen. Applying objective human morality to it misses the genre's point. For me, Martha's cameo was just a poorly written gag that broke the show's internal logic
