@SouthwestAir@ivymusic This is ridiculous @SouthwestAir! My fiancée @iamstephany had her funds expired.when she called about her September one, they told her it would expire September 2022 but somehow the October one doesn’t get an extension? See where the inconsistency is taking place?
Shame on you Southwest Airlines for taking $100 of my $207 unused funds that just expired yesterday to give me a 6 month extension and I’m an A lister and related to less travel during COVID . agent cited policy #Southwest#poorservice
@SouthwestAir I 💗 your airline! So I was 💔 hear I couldn’t reused my unused funds until safe to fly for my son. They claim because $89 each person & not over $100 they couldn’t extended. 😭 I always fly Southwest. I am a struggling mom
Extremely disappointed to learn today that @SouthwestAir no longer allows for extension of Travel Funds expiration period, even though many of us cannot get risk to travel by plane. Their 1 policy, in which I lose $100 to get another 6 months to book, is not in writing. No good.
To top it off, Tiffany (E 137080) told me that “I know it’s corona virus but our service doesn’t stop and it’s your choice not to travel!” So inconsiderate and callous. What if I’m on a high risk group or if I live with older people? This is insane!
I’m livid! @SouthwestAir expected me to travel during a pandemic? And if i don’t use my funds they will deduct $100 during one of the worse financial times of recent time! Which is not in writing and blinded me.
