Dear @PBHelpDesk I have had more than 20 policies but this activ health policy from @AdityaBirlaGrp has caused lot of hassle in purchase and then cancellations. Pls arrange a call back. Refund not intimidated to @AdityaBirlaGrp

After following up so many times and raising issues. Getting it solved via email as well. Same mistake again my credit card bill is 2.41L instead 86k.

@AxisBankSupport pls fix your customer service your toll free voice bot doesn't work to handle credit card services. The email remains unresponded for 4 days. Twitter dm person calls but no action taken

So there's a mixup
I used @AxisBankSupport credit card to pay on @policybazaar for @AdityaBirlaGrp health insurance. Now for some reason money got debited from card and returned to card. And payment never reached merchant. Need help who can resolve this.

@BandBajaateRaho This rejection is their system generated scam. Which they then ask you to buy at higher price and keep money for 2 days before refund earning interest on that from so many folks

@BandBajaateRaho Thanks for retweet. They are doing a financial fraud. First they lower price dramatically. People tend to order and proper planned system goes mimicking delivery attempt and then suddenly one gets a message that customer has cancelled or rejected it.
