No PM or CM should be allowed to hold office more than 2 times.
This hunger for power that you are stealing votes, breaking parties, buying MPs-MLAs, destroying institutions, oppressing minorities must be checked.
I wish our constitutional makers had added this provision.
Even America doesn’t allow one to become President for more than 2 times.
My Experience at WOfA: The Rise of an Unacceptable 'VIP Culture'
It is deeply disheartening to witness the creeping "VIP vs. Non-VIP" culture within an institution where every single member holds the same prestigious title of Chartered Accountant. My experience at the recent WOfA event was a stark reminder of how far we have drifted from professional equality.
The disparity was glaring—plush sofas were reserved for the elite, while the chairs provided for ordinary members were barely fit for sitting. It is insulting to the dignity of our profession.
What is most ironic is that many of the CCMs and RCMs, who are now acting as untouchable hosts, were the same individuals desperately requesting members for WOfA bookings using their codes just a few days ago.
The discrimination didn't stop at the seating; it extended to the dining hall. For the first time in the history of our fraternity, separate lunch and dinner areas were designated for CCMs/RCMs and common members. Has our leadership become so "big" that even sharing a meal with a fellow professional is beneath them?
These representatives, who personally visit our offices and plead for votes during election time, seem to have forgotten that their authority comes from us. WOfA 2.0 has turned out to be "Dhoka 2.0." An institution’s grace is built on mutual respect and equality, not on the hollow vanity of sofas and separate dining halls. As professionals, we must stand against this blatant VIP culture. Such humiliation of members and guests is simply unacceptable. @ruwatiaofficial@caparveensharma@CaHiteshm@aarchanay@atulmodani@theicai@RajeshSharmaBJP

💡 Takeaway: Always reconcile ITR & GST turnover.
Mismatch doesn’t mean instant penalty, but it invites questions.
Better to be ready with explanations than face scrutiny later.
✅ Example:
ITR Turnover: ₹50 lakh
GST Return Turnover: ₹40 lakh
→ Officer will ask for proof (books, bank statement).
If no fraud → clarify & close.
If fraud → heavy penalty.
🔹 At Registration
If turnover in ITR ≠ turnover in GST application, officer may ask for clarification.
No instant penalty, but registration can be delayed.
👉 Now GST portal auto-fetches turnover data from your ITR at the time of registration.
This move is to ensure transparency & curb fake registrations.
