@nigimmigration Pls kindly investigate why for over 3wks of capturing for the renewal of a passport at NIS IKOYI, it is still showing “Passport Production is in progress”.

At every point (from one office to the other)they kept asking “you did the application yourself, right?”. Is that an issue?
