I said that we face power outages frequently now the past week in Kanombe was irritating. The question is what keeps happening thats causes these outages, all i know is something is totally wrong cause its too much. kuva muma 8:00 till now hmmm
@reg_rwanda @CityofKigali The same issue has been recurring on a 2-3 month cycle. Has there been any testing done on the electrical components to rule out wear or quality variations? Why are we always subject to this 12 hour outage? @CityofKigali @RURA_RWANDA and @rwandastandards Honesty look into this.

@CharityKeza Sorry about that experience, it's the worst ๐ and having to watch them being ๐ for samples and all, Jesus Christ! hmm hmm kids shouldn't have to go through all that,but again it's life.
