@VoltasCare @TataCompanies The AC was installed on 7 July, and the problem started surfacing around 14 July. I first made informal calls to the installation team and asked them to check it, but no1 came. I finally emailed the company on 28/29 July aftr getting no proper response.

@voltascare @TataCompanies I have had to repeatedly leave my work and stay at home for these visits. Today again, my entire day is affected. @VoltasCare @TataCompanies Is the company going to compensate me for the time, inconvenience and repeated disruption caused by an unresolved issue?

@voltascare @TataCompanies I don't even know whether the AC itself is defective or whether the installation/insulation was done improperly. But after repeated visits, the leakage continues and the cooling is still poor. I need a permanent solution, not another temporary fix.

@voltascare @TataCompanies I emailed the company again on 1 August because the issue was still unresolved. Since then, I have had to repeatedly follow up for the same problem. I am tired of leaving my work and staying home while the AC is repeatedly opened and the pipes are re-taped.

@voltascare @TataCompanies The very next day, 1 August, the water leakage was still there and the cooling was still not satisfactory. I informed the service team again. I was told that someone would be sent, but no technician came.

@Crocs I've been a loyal @Crocs fan since 2014, but I miss some of my favorite styles that are no longer available, like the Isabella Clogs, Sloane Women, and LiteRide Mesh Slip-Ons. I’ve worn the regular clogs so much I’m a bit bored of them. Please bring back the others! 🙏
