2025 was a year of growth, wins, challenges, and lessons. Here’s everything that happened:

- Completed the One Dashboard a Month challenge – 12 dashboards published from January to December.

- Gained interest in Anime, but still can’t get a hang of subtitles.

- Launched my email course, The First 30 – https://t.co/nmRkXm803l.

- Got ghosted by clients/opportunities.

- Received an honorary mention from Maven Analytics.

- Lost some gigs due to skill inadequacies.

- Built and delivered multiple end-to-end data analysis projects.

- Received multiple “we regret to inform you” responses.

- Designed and published multiple Power BI dashboards.

- Experienced a major refusal that changed the trajectory of my year.

- Co-founded a consulting firm.

- Landed local and international data analytics gigs.

- Landed my first Upwork gig.

- Acquired clients through Twitter and LinkedIn.

- Taught and mentored over 200 people in data analytics.

- Volunteered at a nonprofit supporting healthcare professionals’ career advancement.

- Volunteered at a nonprofit supporting coding and STEM education for Black youth.

- Contributed to organizing the first edition of TDI Tech Summit (1.0).

- Contributed to organizing a three-stage hackathon.

- Top 5 finalist twice in ZoomCharts x Onyx data challenges.

- Automated processes and advanced Power Automate skills.

- Spoke at multiple data spaces and events.

- Made more friends and connections in tech.

- Took the longest road trip of my life – 1.5 days.

- Survived repeated setbacks and kept going – failed, rose again, failed again, rose again.

- Relocated multiple times and stayed productive throughout.

We will carry all the lessons of 2025, and we will thrive in the new year.
