The mass market is characterised by high price sensitivity, and are always looking for best value.
Ever wondered what customer segment you serve?
There is nothing as bad as giving you customer the wrong product category
For example , giving a premium customer with high taste a knock off
Or trying to sell your fresh off the press premium product to the mass market
