@nimfaravelo@kikopangilinan@dzbb I don't care about politics. I am for the welfare of the children.Senator, please hear our plea, if accountability as for the 14 yr old who fired 33 shots is INTENSIVE INTERVENTION, It does NOT EQUATE JUSTICE. it should be CRIMINAL LIABILITY ‼️
@shujisunday Hello po. Accountability is different from Criminal Liability. If intensive intervention is accountability, then this DOES NOT EQUATE JUSTICE. LET'S ACCEPT CHANGE. DAPAT TALAGA E UPDATE. The 14 yr old fired the 33 shots while the 15 yr old only fired once.Where's the justice here?
@PhilippineStar@onenewsph Accept din po na need talaga e change. Wala namang mali sa pag update nang batas lalong lalo na if it doesn't align, and it's NOT relevant anymore.
@PhilippineStar@onenewsph There's a BIG difference with ACCOUNTABILITY AND CRIMINAL LIABILITY ‼️ WHAT THEY MEANT WITH ACCOUNTABILITY IS THE INTENSIVE INTERVENTION FOR THE 14 YR OLD SUSPECT WHO FIRED(33 shots) THE MOST SHOT. Let's not be too naive. The accountability here DOES NOT EQUATE JUSTICE.
@breennnhhh@kikopangilinan Definitely 💯 Honestly,This is not about politics, but this is society's problem, about the welfare of the children. Great leaders and followers should not be blinded. Be in open mind. Let's accept that things has to change.
@geeyanii Not https://t.co/yqncaLs9uJ's about adapting to change.Juvenile Justice Act may be applicable before, but nowadays it's irrelevant. The 14 yr old who made 33 shots will NOT BE LIABLE CRIMINALLY?Good leaders accept change. This is not about politics, but the welfare of the children.
@dailynetizen24 I super agree! Let's set aside politics. Let's focus on the welfare of the children. This law maybe applicable before, but nowadays minors commit to heinous crime nowadays. In america, they are trialed as adults.Let's REVISIT and REVISE.
@newswatchplusph I agree to this. Especially with heinous crimes, they may have a separate prison cell for minors till they reach adult,so they can be transferred to adult prison cells.Revise and Revisit the Law!
@kikopangilinan Wala namang masama if we make changes. Hopefully, manindigan po tayo kung ano ikabubuti nang mga kabataang pilipino. May God enlighten our law makers. May they accept change and change things for the welfare of everyone. Maraming salamat po
@kikopangilinan Hello senator. This is a plea. Please do a case study po, in the implementation of this law, did crimes involving minors increase? If so, let's REVISIT and REVISE. This law maybe applicable befor, but nowadays, it isn't safe anymore.Let's accept change po.
@RexNixx@kikopangilinan Truth! REVISIT and REVISE. Through time, things change. Some laws aren't applicable anymore. For the welfare of the children, accept tayo na meron talagang dapat baguhin. Nothing wrong with it po to accept change .
@PhilippineStar@kikopangilinan I am for the WELFARE of children. There's nothing wrong if we accept change. Okay lang po yun senator. Maybe during the time of implementation, okay pa. This time, it isn't applicable anymore. Minors are exposed to violence through socmed.
@PhilippineStar Senator @kikopangilinan.Let's revisit this https://t.co/pYZEUfY2dc case study,if during the implementation of this law, crimes involving minors increase.LET'S REVISIT,ACCEPT that there are laws that we need to https://t.co/3SIBD1rLTL adapts to change when necessary.
@jesusfalcis Let's do case study, if during the implementation of this law, survey to How many minors are involved in crimes? Did it increase than before this was implemented. If so, then, makinig tayo, LET'S REVISIT, LET'S MAKE REVISIONS.
@jesusfalcis No politics involved, but for the welfare of the children, the other suspect is 14 ,and due to Juvenile Justice Act, he can't be criminally liable.Accept din po natin, this should be REVISITED. Petty crime -interventions,but heinous crimes?
@jesusfalcis Again, let's set aside politics. I AM for the WELFARE of the children. I hope we accept that time and again, minors are involved in crimes. Let's this time now is different. Let's accept some revisions. So,All Senators, let's do revisit. Do some case study.
