@Airbnb this was beyond unacceptable! Not to mention, the picture that is used is AI generated along with the host picture. The pictures these people have up is fake and phony.

@Airbnb and that they knew they were dirty, the clerk even mentioned that several times. The bathroom had mold located by the shower and bugs were on the dresser in the rooms. I paid over 1K for this room & 10% discount was offered along with $60.00 for early check in,

@Airbnb bugs were flying around, the front desk left was abandoned as well as the clerk was the maintenance and housekeeping along with being high on some type of drug. After numerous attempts to try and get clean linen, I was told that they can go to the store to buy new towels

There should have been 'NO" stars to put on this property. What started off as a trusting interaction turned into a "NIGHTMARE FROM HELL" this place was beyond nasty, the towels were soiled with stains, the beds had hair in them
