Whites should pay attention to Nietzsche's warning: in the natural world, the less evolved or simpler species (insects, bacteria, prolific "average" organisms) "can dominate through sheer numbers and adaptability...while more complex or highly developed types are rare, and prone to extinction."
In the world of humans, whites are making the huge mistake of projecting onto immigrants their Christian-liberal values of fairness, impartiality, trust of strangers, superior rationality, and lack of nepotism --- making them highly vulnerable to being overwhelmed or extinguished by the more numerous, adaptable, and "mediocre" races.
@Will_of_Europa It’s valid if sauerkraut didn’t sit well. I’m beginning to think bile is a huge driver of G- bacteria overgrowth…the lack of bile that is. Producing bile is a pretty energy-demanding task, so I’d say something you should look into is how hypothyroid may have influenced that
@Will_of_Europa But I’ve since abandoned it. Foods like that seem to only feed gram negative bacteria in certain contexts (or health states). The foods you’ve mentioned like kimchi, etc can either help or hurt depending on your health state. It is neither 100% good or 100% bad
@Will_of_Europa Many years ago I used to believe something like this—the idea that quick carbs (like pure sugar, sweets, etc) feed bad bacteria—and took on a sort of “ancestral paleo diet” and tried only getting my carbs from grains and other fibrous sources rather than pastas and breads…
@hmilowicz_ Detox itself doesn’t oppose recovery. In fact I would say detox is widening the bottleneck of recovery. But an impaired liver definitely opposes recovery
The liver is incredibly important for muscle growth for various reasons. If it’s not working properly, recovery will be poor.
All I’m saying is stay neutral. Stay curious. Test your beliefs. Explore the worlds you currently demonize. Search for truth there.
Above all,
Try to prove yourself wrong rather than waste time trying to prove yourself right
(you’ll get to the truth a lot faster that way)
You don’t realize how important BALANCE is for a good life.
Some people don’t.
They think too much about good and evil
They start praising good, and demonizing the rest.
Eventually they get stuck in dogma, and extremism prevents them from gaining true insight of both sides.
The saying that the greats don’t live balanced lives is somewhat true. You have to be extreme to be great,
but there’s a difference between being extreme and being ignorant.
It’s possible to live extremely… in balance (you can have both).
