@RoyalMail There seems to be serious issues with your delivery guys, it has happened twice with me in a single day today ,one of the Amazon delivery was marked delivered and it was not and when I raised it to Amazon and probably seller reached to Royalmail it was delivered.

@LiftsEscalators Even the maintenance guy was unaware which lift was faulty ? He was making call to me and asking which lift was faulty, doesn't you know which lift it could be when an emergency call is being made ? isn't there any provision to know which lift it is when a call is made ?
