This isn’t the first time @flyspicejet passengers are left without support. Sharing my previous instance where I faced the same issue with @flyspicejet . At this point it clearly looks like a pattern of poor customer support rather than an exception.

My @flyspicejet was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure, and since yesterday I’ve been trying to reach customer support on 01247101600 & 01244983410 for alternate options. Every time I stay on IVR for 10+ minutes and the call simply disconnects — no agent, no help.

Is basic passenger support too much to expect from an airline? For some travelers this could be an emergency situation, yet there’s absolutely no way to get assistance.
Flight cancellations happen, but complete lack of customer support is unacceptable.

@MayurMogre2 @rishibagree And change your education system, close all the english and hindi medium schools. Start with stop sending your children to those schools. Make marathi compulsory in all schools. Make marathi language as an official language in all corporate and government jobs.

@Superoverr Bhai tumlog ko koi training milti hai ya nahi? Didi is absolutely right here. Why should customers take responsibility if someone steals your parcel, it's a logistic company issue. Home delivery means you have to come to the doorstep to deliver your parcel. @delhivery
