Shop price + petrol = ₹500 for a full kg. You paid almost double just to avoid a 3 km scooter ride.
Convenience has a price — and for local mithai, it usually isn’t worth it.

Today, I needed some sweets for Dussehra puja.

I did not feel like going to the market, so I thought I had simply order pistachio barfi online.

I found a shop selling 500 grams of pistachio barfi for ₹390.

I thought, That's fine,
At least the sweets will be delivered right to my doorstep.

But when I proceeded to place the order, delivery charges, platform fees, GST, and other charges pushed the price from ₹390 to ₹455...1/2
