As the jury deliberates, the defense for Lil Durk has once again filed a motion to admit additional footage from Durk's interview with DJ Akademik's to provide "complete evidence of Mr. Banks' statements."
"Mr. Banks requests that the Court reopen evidence to allow for the admission, under Rule 106, of the additional portions of the same conversation with DJ Akademiks that the government misleadingly spliced to its advantage," the motion reads.
The defense has requested an emergency hearing. @LAmag

There was no crowd gathered at the courthouse this morning, but people are waiting out in the halls for an update.
