1. A man who had surplus water on a road and withheld it from travelers;

2. A man who gives allegiance (to a leader) only for worldly gain—if he is given something, he is pleased, and if he is not given, he becomes displeased;

3. A man who sells his goods after ‘Asr (late afternoon) and swears by Allah that he was offered such-and-such for it (a higher price), and the buyer believes him (though he is lying).”

There is something profoundly disturbing about the way we live life as a people.

The concept of social contract between the people and the government is no longer in existence. The little things the leaders do; which by the way is not what the people need, is being hyped and praised and overblown to the extent the people are expected to bow their heads and submit themselves.

Public schools are no longer learning environments. They’re just a bunch of dilapidated buildings populated with hungry looking teachers and emaciated children. From morning till afternoon, everyone( teachers & students) are just there to pass time and register attendance. No teaching, no passion, no mentoring, no learning, no development, no nothing! Everyone is just there to show face and disappear later.

Public hospitals, especially the primary healthcare centres, which are supposed to be the closest to the public are more like a “killing zones” than they are a “ healing and cure centres.” These centres used to serve women for antenatal care; children for routine immunisations; and men with “malaria and typhoid” medications, but not anymore. Most of them are now looking like “ghost towns.” No personnel, no equipments, no trainings, nothing. Where there is some few personnel, they are always cranky and uninterested in either the job or the innocent patients they are attending to. We have reached a stage where a village of 500 people prefer the richest man in the village to open a private clinic in protest of the abysmal service the PHC is providing.

How about electricity? We now have more solar vendors than we have “Nepa” officials. They said they’ve privatised the sector;they’ve introduced “Bands”; they’ve deregulated; they’ve liberated and whatnot. Yet, we live in absolute darkness. I live in an area where we only see light once in 40 days! No serious economic activity can happen without power. The leaders knew it. We also knew it. But what are we seeing? Darkness!

They talk about agriculture as though it exists in isolation. As if their rhetorics will be the ones to till the farm and give produce. However, insecurity has made it practically impossible for farmers to farm their lands. Where the people are able to farm, they have to pay taxes to unofficial armed groups! If not, they’d be killed and their farmlands set on fire!

Insecurity has eaten into our society so much that if we want to travel by road, we would have to leave a will. Because we know anything can happen. On the road; at home; in the market, basically anywhere is not safe. There is no hiding from it. These terrorists are operating as though they are a law unto themselves. They don’t fear or respect our security forces. In fact, they’ve now subdued everyone, so much that they dictate when to operate, who to kill, who to spare, and who to kidnap. They have effectively struck fear in us.

How about inflation? It has made a mockery of earnings of both salary earners and business people. Recently, our neighbourhood only provision shop was closed. When I asked what prompted the closure; the man said he himself cannot say. All he knew is the shop kept getting empty and empty until he woke up one day and realised there is nothing to sell again. How can someone who has a wife and 4 children survive without his only source of income? Salary people are all over the place lamenting; what used to sustain them for at least half a month, is no longer lasting a week. Now, salary day is the only days you will see money in their accounts. Few hours later, everything will disappear! And the cycle continues.

Despite these realities, we are still not willing, ready, or able to demand for better. We are still waiting for election period to go and vote for the same people who have made our lives relatively miserable, in exchange for material benefits that will not last us a week. And we’d come back and wait till another 4 years. And the cycle continues!

Should I burst your bubble? Let me burst it because I see that you don’t want to learn. You have been fed with lies and it has compounded your ignorance.

You are confusing the first three hundred years of early Christianity with the last 1700 years of Christendom. Yes, the early followers of Jesus were persecuted. However, the moment the Roman Empire adopted Christianity under Constantine and later made it the only legal religion with the Edict of Thessalonica in 380 AD, the persecuted became the violent persecutors. Pagans were slaughtered and their temples destroyed.

Have you read about Charlemagne? During the Saxon Wars in the 8th century, he issued a law called the “Capitulatio de partibus Saxoniae.” His official state policy was baptism or death. I know you don’t know this Barbie 😂. He beheaded thousands of Saxons in a single day at the Massacre of Verden for refusing to convert.

When the Conquistadors arrived in the Americas, they read a document called the “Requerimiento” to the native populations. It demanded they submit to the Church and the Spanish Crown, or face war, enslavement, and death. Was that people repenting and turning to Jesus? State violence played a huge role in Christianizing Europe and the Americas.

Now let me turn to Islam. I see that you are ignorant, and this has made you conflate political expansion with religious conversion.

When Muslim armies defeated the Byzantine and Persian empires, they conquered land and established political authority. They did not put swords to the necks of civilians to change their faith. If they did, places like Egypt, Syria, and Persia would have become Muslim overnight.

However, historical records show these regions remained majority Christian and Zoroastrian for almost 300 years after the initial Islamic conquest. They converted gradually over centuries under the Dhimmi system because they were protected and allowed to keep their faith.

Take a look at the largest Muslim populations today. Indonesia, Malaysia, and massive regions of East and West Africa. No Muslim army ever marched there. Islam spread entirely through trade routes, scholars, and the moral character of Muslim merchants.

Do not take my word for it. Sir Thomas Arnold, a non-Muslim historian in his book “The Preaching of Islam” thoroughly dismantled this sword myth. In fact, the famous British historian De Lacy O'Leary wrote in his book “Islam at the Crossroads” and stated expressly that: the myth of the legend of fanatical Muslims sweeping through the world and forcing Islam at the point of the sword is one of the most fantastically absurd myths that historians have ever repeated.

Will I open your head and speak truth to it if you can’t be open minded to learn? This subject matter is well above your pay grade. Maybe your boss Dachomo will do better. And I promise, I will school him.

Danganta Malam Ja'afar ga Boko Haram

Abin da ke janyo wannan shi ne jahilci da son zuciya. Masu danganta Malam Ja'afar ga Boko Haram 'Yan bidi'a ne da 'yan Boko Aqida, da kuma jahilai Gulatus Salafiyya. Saboda a wajen duk wani dan bidi'a, Wahabiyawa su ne 'Yan ta'adda, saboda son zuciya, don Wahabiyawa suna yaki da Bidi'o'insu na shirka da kafirci. Wannan son zuciyar shi ya hadu da jahilcin rashin sanin ka'idojin danganta mutum ga kungiyar ta'addanci. Haka su ma Boko Aqida, suna yakar Wahabiyawa da irin wadannan karerayi ne, don su a kullum abokin fadansu su ne masu Addini.

Alhali ba mai iya hukunci wa mutum da kasancewa dan kungiyar ta'addanci ne sai ya san Akidun Khawarijawa, wadanda suka gina tafiyarsu a kansu, kuma ya san tushen tunanin kungiyar ta'addancin.

Don haka duk wanda ya san Akidar Khawarijanci ya san tun farko ta ginu ne a kan "Tahkimi", abin da ake kira a wannan zamani da sunan "Hakimiyya".

Saboda haka duk wanda ya fito yake kafirta Musulmai saboda "Hakimiyya" to shi ne Bakhawarije dan ta'adda. Ma'ana; wanda ya kafirta Musulmai saboda suna bin hukuncin wani wanda ba Allah ba. Hukuncin Dagutai (constitution).

Wannan ya sa duk wanda ya jefi Wahabiyawa da ta'addanci, don suna bayyana aiyukan shirka da 'Yan bidi'a suke yi, to shi jahili ne, ko mai son zuciya. Saboda asali a kan "Tahkimi" aka gina Khawarijanci, abin da ake kira "Hakimiyya" a wannan zamani.

Saboda haka, idan ka bibiyi Tarihin gwagwarmayar Muslunci a Nigeria tun 70s, wanda ta faro daga jami'o'i a cikin Kungiyar MSS, tun a wancan lokacin tunanin ta'addanci (kafirta Musulmai saboda "Hakimiyya") ya shigo Nigeria, ta hanyar littatafan Abul-A'ala al-Maududiy, da littatafan Sayyid Qutub. Littatafan wadannan - musamman Sayyid Qutub - su ne suka fara haifar da tunanin ta'addanci irin na Boko Haram a Nigeria, bayan Zakzaky ya ware daga MSS ya kafa Kungiyar "Muslim Brothers", wacce ta dauki tunanin Sayyid Qutub, musamman daga littatafansa "Fi Zilalil Qur'an", da "Ma'alim fi al-Dareeq" (Milestones).

Daga nan Zakzaky ya dauko tunanin cewa; yanzu al'umma tana cikin Jahiliyya, Jahiliyyar Larabawa a lokacin aiko Annabi (saw). Ba don komai ba sai don babu "Hakimiyya" a Nigeria, ma'ana; ana hukunci da Shari'ar Dagutai. Don haka dole a yi "Bara'a", a yi tawaye wa Gomnati, a rusa ta, a kafa Gomnatin Muslunci, mai Shari'a da hukuncin Allah. Zakzaky ya bayyana wannan "Bara'a" a taron IVC na MSS, a Funtua, a 1980, a jawabinsa wanda aka kira da sunan "Funtua Declaration". Kuma na hanun daman Zakzaky a wancan lokacin ya tabbatar da cewa; jawabin da Zakzaky ya yi, na "Bara'a" wa Gomnatin Nigeria ya gina shi ne a kan littatafan Sayyid Qutub "Ma'alim fi al-Dareeq (Milestones)".

Daga nan suka haramta aikin Gomnati, da karatun Boko. Suka yi ta yaga Certificates na karatun da suka yi.

Sa'annan shi kuma Muhammad Yusuf ya bi tafiyar Zakzaky, a nan ya dauko wadannan tunanin, amma daga baya ya rabu da shi, saboda Zakzaky ya koma Shi'a. Kamar yadda wani makusacinsa a wancan lokacin ya tabbatar cewa; tare da Muhammad Yusuf suka yi tafiyar Zakzaky.

To, abin da 'Yan bidi'a suke cewa; ai Muhammad Yusuf almajirin Malam Ja'afar ne, to in an sallama, to sai a duba karantarwan Malam Ja'afar, shin a ciki akwai kira ga "Hakimiyya"?
Shin akwai kafirta al'umma ta hanyar cewa; ta koma Jahiliyya?
Shin akwai kiran shugabanni da sunan Dagutai, da kiran a yake su, a rusa Gomnatinsu, don a samar da "Hakimiyya" (Gomnati mai Hukuncin Allah)?

Ni dai a sanina ba za a samu kira ga wannar hanya ba a cikin da'awar Malam Ja'afar, amma akwai kira ga wannar hanya a cikin da'awar Zakzaky, wanda shi ne jagoran Muhammad Yusuf kafin su hadu da Malam Ja'afar.

To in wannan ya tabbata, ta yaya mai adalci zai alakanta tushen da'awar Boko Haram ga Malam Ja'afar, ya manta da Zakzaky?
