Uganda continues to market itself as a top tourism and investment destination, yet major countries keep issuing travel advisories against visiting our country:

🇺🇸 USA: We are put on Level 4 – Do Not Travel
🇨🇦 Canada: Avoid Non-Essential Travel
🇦🇺 Australia: Tells its citizens to Reconsider Travel
🇳🇿 New Zealand: Exercise Increased Caution for it's citizens to visit Uganda

The reasons cited include crime, terrorism, health risks, and civil unrest.

Why do we consistently find ourselves on these lists? What concrete steps are being taken to address the concerns raised and protect Uganda's reputation, tourism sector, and investment prospects?

We cannot build a competitive tourism industry while the world is repeatedly being warned against visiting us.
