YouTube removed our update video for “violating guidelines.” So we’re posting it here. 👇
On August 13, we won our case against the ATF.
Now, on October 9, the ATF has issued official guidance extending the impact to everyone in free states.
That means big changes for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs in states where they’re permitted. Under the new federal guidance, covered items can move forward without a Form 1 or Form 4. SBRs and SBSs can also transfer on a Form 4473 where permitted.
We’re proud of what this lawsuit has accomplished, grateful to everyone who helped make it happen
What they said. What they did.
2005: Washington dedicated part of the cigarette tax to the Education Legacy Trust Account.
2011: Lawmakers moved that revenue to the General Fund, retroactive to July 1, 2010. The education account lost an estimated $145.7 million in the 2011-13 budget.
Before 2012: State law sent a share of spirits sales taxes to cities and counties.
2012: Lawmakers sent that money to the General Fund for a full year. An estimated $28.8 million cities and counties did not get. Then they set up a $10 million a year transfer out of the local share. It is still in the law today.
Now Olympia says the new income tax will fund schools and other services.
The law puts that money in the General Fund. The same place the cigarette money and the spirits money ended up.
An earmark lasts until the next budget. That is not my opinion. That is the record.
IP26-645 repeals the income tax.
Where I stand: YES.
Where April Berg stands: she voted for the income tax.
Where do you stand?
Vote accordingly and be heard November 3rd.
Audit before ask.

Tired of the media asking how we will pay for state government without an income tax in WA.
Simple: the same way we have since 1889, without one.
WA has record revenue. Never before have we had as much revenue as we do at this very moment. And it’s still growing!
We also have a record $80B budget, that spends more than we are even projected to receive. It’s a spending problem, not a revenue problem.
Since Democrats took large majorities in 2017, they’ve spent us into oblivion, raised the largest amount of taxes in history, made us one of the most unaffordable states in the country, and probably the most insulting… after all of that we don’t get anywhere near the results for the amount of money they take out if our pockets.
WA has more homelessness and drug related deaths than ever, the lowest amount of police and too much crime, 30 year low in academic outcomes, a broken criminal justice system, we are facing down $4B in lawsuit payouts, we can’t fairly compensate or protect our employees, we can’t build housing or deliver permits on time, our front line service workers are exhausted and broken, our hospitals are on the brink of financial collapse, we are allowing babies to die from fentanyl exposure, we don’t lead in clean energy, our forests burn every year with devastating wildfires, and low income people are first in line at the democrat chopping block.
No president or Congress created these problems.
This is a great state, there is nowhere in the world as beautiful and rich a place as Washington State in my opinion. But the politics are ruining it. People are making difficult choices to escape their home to survive.
40 years of Democrat one party rule is killing our state. The best of times were under a more balanced state government, forcing parties to work together on common sense instead of fighting over the insane. That one party rule has entrenched ideologically radical leaders in state agencies more focused on politics than service, a court system more focused on ideological outcomes than justice or order, an entire industry of politically motivated grifters who waste or even defraud us to maintain control, and possibly a new supermajority where they’ll make sure we can never return.
Maybe you look at the national scene and lose hope. But our problems are local, and we should focus intensely on those problems. Despite who has run the federal government in any given year our problems have persisted across many administrations and congresses.
Ever the optimist, I have great hope for our state and its people. Some have lost faith, but there’s always another chance to turn back from the ledge and restore sanity. I also know for a fact that the number of reasonable people in WA is greater than the extremists, they just have to show up, and demand something better.
You’ll have your chance to do that this month by voting and making sure everyone you know does. It’s a tired trope to say “this is the most important election”. For our state at least, there are red flags and promises made by the elite that set us up for a generation of misery, and for me that CANNOT be allowed. It’s time now to fight back… reject tyranny, reject communism, and say “no kings” to the radicals torching our state to ashes.
BOMBSHELL 🚨 MASSIVE Democrat money laundering operation discovered in Washington state
Democrats in the state of Washington are giving massive amounts of money, $150 million+ in some estimates per year to the 29 recognized tribes of Washington State. In return they donate MILLIONS of that money back to Democrats in Washington every year
I have verified:
- Washington Native American tribes are major financial supporters of the Democratic Party
- They contribute millions of dollars across state election cycles
- They funnel large donations into state party committees and political action committees like the Senate Democratic Campaign Committee
- The tribes also donate to independent state PACs focused on voter mobilization, judicial races, legislative caucuses and ballot measure campaigns to support Democrats
- These PACs collect donations from tribal governments and other entities pooling millions of dollars each cycle to run television, digital and mail campaigns supporting Democratic-aligned issues and candidates
One giant Democrat money laundering operation
Democrats give the tribes an astronomical amount of money. They give back millions and millions each election cycle to Democrats
September, 2024. Ken Dilanian criticizes Republicans for questioning the crime data put out by Biden's FBI.
"The FBI doesn't make these numbers up...The Republicans and others are pushing the narrative that this data is wrong."
Actually, the data was wrong and anybody paying attention knew it. Biden's FBI predictably ended up revising the numbers right before the election to show that violent crime had gone up, not down (after the MSM had spent months telling everyone how much crime had fallen to assist Biden's reelection campaign).
Fast forward to 2026 and Fusion Ken is on TV telling us not to trust the crime data being put out by the current FBI.
Corrupt media doing what it does.
FACT CHECK
Working Families pay 3X more than top 1% —FALSE
-Bottom 20% in WA state pay $2570 per household/year
-Top 1% in WA state pay $85,000 per household/year
I-645 would give a $300 Billion tax break to rich people —FALSE
-first you can’t call it a tax break when it is a new tax
-second total estimated revenue is only $3-4 billion per year
-OK OK if she meant to say over the next 100 years then maybe but she didn’t specify it would take a century for her number to make any sense
It would cut social programs in K-12 schools —SUPER FALSE
-the money doesn’t even exist for another 3 years so it cannot cut was does not exist
-any cutting that occurs must be a conscious decision by the legislature to spend money elsewhere and make the cut to education themselves
The boldness of elected officials in WA state to flat out lie about verifiable facts in the age of the internet and AI suggests a breathtaking amount of arrogance that no one will hold them accountable for their prevarications…
Tell Pramila to take her lies and go pound sand

KCRHA just told us We Heart Seattle didn’t make the cut for FY26-27 Continuum of Care funds. We scored last among the rejected projects. I take that as a badge of honor. @KingCoRHA
They said there were “an exceptionally large number of new project proposals.” Fine. We applied for $1 million as a new provider after six-plus years of street outreach, cleanups, and getting people into treatment and work. We didn’t fit their model. I’m good with that.
This is the same King County Regional Homelessness Authority that has burned through leadership, couldn’t account for about $13 million in a forensic audit, and still oversees a system where homelessness keeps climbing (up 849% in seattle/KC) and the streets stay deadly. Washington has been near the top of the country (top 4th) for overdose deaths. Our hospitals and first responders are drowning in the response. That is not a mystery. It is the result of a government industry that grew after 1987, when this work used to belong to churches and neighbors who showed up.
We Heart Seattle is privately funded on purpose. Before the bureaucracy took over, faith-based and community groups did this work without a Continuum of Care ranking We may still apply directly to Federal HUD (now able since officially rejected by local municipalities) for supportive services like service therapy that restores our parks.
We will not pretend we belong inside a system that keeps failing the same people we meet every week.
If you believe private organizations still have the magic touch, this is a good time to donate. Thank you to everyone who already does. We don’t need their million dollars to keep going.
And we refuse to scale without the needed policy to get people indoors, to mental health care, to drug treatment through accountability vs. soft on crime diversion programs.
Policy First! 💚🙏🏼 @Twolfrecovery

July 17, 2022. Greenwood Park Mall, Indiana.
A mass shooter armed with an assault rifle and 100+ rounds opened fire in the food court.
Families dove under tables in terror. Blood on the tile floor.
Across the food court was 22-year-old Elisjsha Dicken.
He had no military background. No law enforcement training.
Just an ordinary American boy who practiced shooting with his grandfather.
He didn't run.
He hid his girlfriend behind a trash can, unholstered his Glock, and moved toward the gunfire.
From forty yards away—an impossible distance for a pistol under combat stress—Eli braced against a pillar.
In FIFTEEN SECONDS, he fired ten rounds.
Eight hit the shooter.
The killer fell dead before police even arrived.
The Police Chief walked up to the cameras:
"Many more people would have died tonight if it weren't for a responsible armed citizen. This young man is a true American hero."
The media tells you guns are the problem.
Elisjsha Dicken proved that a good man with a gun is the solution. 🇺🇸🎯🦅

His name was Dr. Idris Evans. He was 46.
He was a pediatric critical care physician at UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh.

His wife is still in critical condition tonight.
A police dog tracked down 32-year-old Elijah Hemingway hiding behind a nearby house with cuts on his hand.
He's now charged with criminal homicide, aggravated assault, burglary, and criminal trespass.
Back in February, according to a criminal complaint, Hemingway forced his way into his ex-partner's home and stole her laptop and two cell phones.

Since Nick Shirley exposed fraud in MN, journalists in WA have been exposing the same grift
Democratic politicians have responded by calling reporters racists & threatening to charge them with hate crimes

Me: "May I please have the package insert for the flu vaccine?"
Rite-Aid Pharmacist: "Why?"
Me: "So I can read it."
P: "Which one?"
Me: "The one advertised with the little banners on every aisle."
P: "I will print you the information sheet."
Me: "No, that's not the same thing."
P: "What do you want to know? I can tell you."
Me: "I would just like to read the whole thing before I consider getting one...side effects, contraindications, effectiveness, ingredients like mercury."
P: "I don't think I have any. Let me check. (checks) Sorry, I can't give you one until the box is empty, because it has to stay in the box. And there isn't any thimerisol in the single dose flu shot any more. I can print you the information sheet."
Pharmacy co-worker with big smile at me: "Hi, I found one." (hands insert to me)
***
Here are some things in the insert not on the store's sheet:
1. The single dose vial contains mercury at ≤1mcg (This is called a "trace amount" by the industry.) The multi-vial contains 25 mcg.
2. People with egg allergies are contraindicated.
3. "Safety and effectiveness have not been established in pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under four. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women. This vaccine should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. It is not known whether fluvarin is excreted in human milk."
4. "Fluvarin has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility."
5. "Antibody response is low in the geriatric population."
6. "Serious reactions, including anaphylactic shock, have been observed."
7. "There are no data to assess the concomitant administration of flu vaccine with other vaccines."
8. "The vaccine has been associated with an increased frequency of Guillain-Barre syndrome."
9. "In some studies, fluvarin protected up to 50% of subjects."
With love to those who read this far. Please share. 👊🏼

The initiative was simple: it would allow residents to choose how they heat their homes or power their business. Two million+ people voted it into law, but the State Supreme Court decided people shouldn't have a say. Now those Washingtonians face extreme costs with no relief in sight. This is why voting for the judges on your ballot matters.
I had my license checked for Velo nicotine pouches today and I was just thinking about how when I was a teenager there were cigarette vending machines. No ID, nothing. You'd just stick money in it and select a pack you wanted and it'd drop it down. It was the wild west and I miss it. The total sissificafion of society has been a disaster.
This is exactly why I say the DOJ lawsuits, while a good thing for sure, aren't enough.
Kathy should be arrested and charged with one felony count for every citizen in New York state for deprivation of rights under color of law.
It's a real law. It has been since the 1800s and it was written for THIS EXACT scenario. If it was enforced in this example - it would be really hard for this petite tyrant to spout this illegal (the 2nd Amendment is also real it turns out...) policy nonsense from her jail cell.
It's not a right/left thing. Either we have inalienable rights as citizens or we don't. If people like Kathy aren't arrested and criminally charged for violating these rights - then we don't have them.
America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating.
Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground.
The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves.
It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors.
Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence.
True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over.
Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market.
We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.
Seattle’s own police data says about 0.1% of the city is tied to 52% of gun-related incidents.
Read that again.
0.1%.
52%.
So you would think the plan would be aimed directly at that tiny group.
And part of it is.
Focused deterrence makes sense.
But then comes the part every legal gun owner should notice.
Seattle’s mayor also wants restrictions on carrying firearms in “sensitive spaces.”
Translation:
The people already ignoring the law against shooting at public events become the reason the lawful person with a permit gets told to leave his gun at home.
That is the problem.
The 0.1% are not reading the sign.
They are not applying for permits.
They are not waiting for permission.
The sign is for the other 99.9%.
The guy who took the class.
Got the permit.
Followed the law.
And never hurt anybody.
So be honest:
If Seattle already knows a tiny group is driving half the shootings, why does the answer still land on everyone else?
Although judicial candidates are not allowed to express opinions about future cases, we are completely free to comment on current or past decisions.
Yesterday, the Washington Supreme Court, in a 6-3 vote overturned the will of the people by declaring I-2066, the natural gas initiative, unconstitutional. I would have joined the dissent. This is yet another example of the Supreme Court using a different standard for initiatives than they do for laws coming out of the legislature.
I-2066 was the law of the land in Washington duly adopted by 1,971, 474 voters that was taken away by six people. It is important to note that five of the six justices in the majority were initially appointed by a governor, four of them were appointed by Governor Inslee. More important to note, the three dissenting judges were all elected by the people.
We need to reform the current way we fill vacancies on our Supreme Court. Governor Ferguson has abused that power this year more than any past governor. In 2024, I wrote about the need for reform the appointment process and proposed a solution to increase the likelihood that judges will be accountable to the people of this state and not to the political elite.
In the meantime, the opportunity to send a message that the courts belong to the people is on November 3rd when you have a chance to vote on who occupies five of the nine seats on the Court.

Canada resident breaks down in tears because he life may be over, “I'm about to be a victim of the Canadian healthcare system”
She has cancer. She did everything she was asked to including Chemo, additional tests and seeing the multiple specialists required for surgery. Unfortunately because the way healthcare works in Canada, the process took so long that her tumor has now spread and she’s no longer a candidate for surgery
“ These past five weeks of having to go through the system, waiting for appointments, waiting for diagnostic imaging, waiting for results and reports, my tumor has spread way too far — They let me sit there for two months with no treatment — this is the system that we live in”
What’s crazy is I found this is not uncommon in Canada, and can actually even take much longer than this
On the faster end for high priority major cancer it takes 6–12 weeks from the “we think we can operate” meeting to the OR, plus 4–8 weeks of extra tests beforehand
3- 6 months of sequential waits
Slower provinces can take 6–12 months or more. Quebec’s public lists show thousands waiting for obstetric, gynecologic surgery. The lists show hundreds of people already past 6–12 months mark in waiting
We do not want universal healthcare like this in America
This is what liberals are fighting for
Birthright citizenship belongs to the children of American citizens, not those who broke our immigration laws to come to the United States.
I introduced a Constitutional Amendment to end birthright citizenship for the children of illegal aliens.
