Pasco invite! Big PR of 14.38 in the prelims. I ran 14.51 in the finals and placed 4th. I ran 39.99 in the 300 hurdles as well and placed 5th!

First league meet of the year! I PR’d in every event! 14.79 in the 110s, smacking the last hurdle, would have been ~14.45 had I not.

I ran 11.39 in the 100, 22.93 in the 200, and 40.44 in the 300s. Lane 2 in the 100, white jersey in each video.

Second outdoor meet of the season. Won and PR’d in the 110s with 14.86, still got some stuff to cleanup but super happy with where I’m at! I ran the 4x1 and first ever 4x4, split time was a 53. Also ran a 41.46 in the 300 hurdles.

West Coast Indoor Champs this weekend! Finished 3rd in the finals for the 60m hurdles in 8.20! I won my heat for the 60m dash and ran a PR of 7.16!
