@BankofScotland I got a text from you to say I'd receive another text about a payment on my credit card. That second text never came, but I got an automated call saying I should call your fraud protection team. The app shows no signs of any fraudulent purchases on my card
@BankofScotland I've been trying to renew an instant ISA that's maturing for several days now through the app and website. Every time I try I get a vague error saying there's been a problem
@virginmedia I've tried to log in to my Virgin Media account using my usual email/password. It says they're not recognised. If I try to reset I don't receive an email to confirm. Already checked my spam and nothing there. Receiving bills at that email address though
@virginmedia As far as I remember I did create one. If I DM you my account details can you confirm? I tried to register again to confirm but it said the account details from my most recent bill weren't recognised
@SP_EnergyPeople what's the relationship between the Energy Usage graph in the app and the unit change in the bill? For gas at least the graph is showing crazy numbers that don't map onto my bill
