@Breville customer service have explained that I can buy a new machine at 20% discount.

How about you repair or replace the machine that is not fit for purpose instead or maybe make your equipment fit for purpose

Do not buy @Breville coffee machines.
After 6 months of marginal use (I used up coffee pods from an older machine first) my new Breville bean grinder and barista machine leaks water from the bottom and is useless !!!!
