@GEICO and @GEICO_Service My wife just had the worst customer service from this company. We needed emergency road side assistance and we got the exact opposite. The customer service agent Jeremy was no help and had no integrity . We will be canceling our insurance after 14 yr!

@GEICO_Service we were lied too and given the runaround.We called a tow truck and will be submitting the paperwork for reimbursement.We are 100% canceling the road side . Not only the customer service agent Jeremy but their mgr Shelly turner gave us 0 customer service! I want my call reviewed
