Externally Owned Account — a normal user-controlled wallet where one private key signs and decrypts everything (MetaMask, Rabby, hardware). Smart contract wallets with delegation logic can't decrypt the payload. No middleman, no proxy, no abstraction layer. Your keys or nothing.

That constraint isn't a bug — it's the manifesto.
