Had a great conversation today with someone who always reminds me that “every problem is a human problem.” Physical/engineering problems will all get solved with smart people but if you can’t figure out the human piece, 🤷♂️. The simplest and the hardest thing.
the problem with pre-ordering books is I often forget and order two (or even three...) and by problem I mean great thing because now I have extras to send to friends, which random gifting is maybe the only thing better than receiving a pre-ordered book you forgot you ordered
