Why is the @Sonos system suddenly nearly unusable? The app can't find the devices. It's not that the devices are too old. My newest one is hard to find where an older one is always available. Everything was fine up to a month or so ago. What have you changed @Sonos ?

Unsuccessfully trying to redeem some @britishairways vouchers. I'm an 'executive' club member so I have to speak to a human to use the vouchers at 7p a minute as you can't do it online. They don't answer the phone. I should have demanded a refund. #ripoff #customerservice
