@LBWandsworth please send your parking enforcement officers to Embassy Gardens. I counted over 100 vehicles parked on double yellow lines around the U.S. Embassy
@sainsburys Saturday peak shopping footfall window Nine Elms store still do not have trolleys or self-scan devices 33 minutes after I reported it to a manager. Tell me how is it cost effective having store managers running around collecting trolleys and scanners?
@sainsburys sorry to report that for a third day in a row Nine Elms store was blighted by a trolley shortage, as well as baskets and self scan handsets. Managers running round collecting them for customers is surely not a good use of resources! Please sort your staffing out 🙏
@ianbeever Good morning, Ian - I'm ever so sorry to hear of your experience today, and can completely understand your frustration! Our aurora fleet is gradually being introduced into service as more units arrive and train crew receive the relevant training. (1/2) ^GE
@EastMidRailway having travelled from STP to Loughborough on the 6.35 train this morning the state of the train was shameful! No hot drinks or food in first class, no toilets either.! You have run the old rolling stock into the ground, when will we finally see new trains?
LGBTQ+ is a broad diverse community. Our lived experiences through history impact our identities, acceptance of self and others. Just listening to this clip made me reflect.

@Oadby_Wigston the bottom end of Granville Avenue in Oadby LE2 where it meets the A6 is a disgrace. Rotting leaves and mud making it a falls hazard without ice. Obviously not cleaned for a year or more
@lambeth_council The developer (Turnqey) of The Wilcox SW8 2XA has reinstated the pavement after hoardings came down. Quality of work is atrocious, majority broken/uneven paving stones and My Beautiful Launderette memorial missing. Please take enforcement action #turnqeycapital

This supports the anecdotal results when I encourage people attending my courses to sign up to the NHS App. My push was so people could find out the flags on their records. In reality it’s revealed a catalogue of poor data entry and record keeping
Accurate medical records are crucial to delivering effective and efficient care. Sadly, our new data shows that nearly quarter of people have reported inaccuracies in their NHS records such as, a wrong name, date of birth and medication. Read our blog https://t.co/phlagAx1Sn

@CrossCountryUK once again an amazing crew member this afternoon running the buffet trolley on the 14.12 Leicester to Ely train. Friendly, caring, inclusive AND entertaining! Thank you 🙏
@GSTTnhs sad to see a 30 metre queue of people outside the Emergency Department waiting to get inside to queue even more. If primary care was more accessible I think this could be reduced by 80% (non medical perspective)
