@caskaleweek @CampaignforPubs @caskmarque @ossettbrewery 1. Last I recall @caskmarque require beers to be poured crystal clear, a nonsense these days (of course White Rat is a superb beer).

2. Large % of pubs where I live (York, East Yorkshire), probably all tied, who show @caskmarque signage, are out of date, suggesting irrelevance?

@MarinaPurkiss As far as I can see all "discussions" assume VAT at 20%. Surely there is nothing preventing VAT rates being set based on fee levels?

@caskmarque @CampaignforPubs I am very surprised @CampaignforPubs reposted this. @caskmarque requires all beers to be crystal clear, I.e. stuffed full of isenglass fish guts. I am not vegan, but I am for pure unadulterated beer exhibiting their yeast flavours.
