Molecular glues based on CRBN binders are now common but glues using other E3 ligases are not so the recent preprint from Novartis on their VHL-based molecular glues offers some useful pointers into how to find glues. Read my thoughts in my latest blog. https://t.co/CZRD2kzCND
@DJTraderLab Darci – this is intriguing work. There have been other reports of Ub-independent proteasomal deg but never fully convincing. Do you have clearer WBs for Figs 2&3? Did you run controls from Figs 5,6 & S4 with the TEC cpd +/- control on same gel to make comparison easier? Thanks!
I see so many new TPD agents reported that are supported by datasets which range massively in quality, so I’ve put together a simple guide for those in the field to help them identify the good agents from the rest using just 3 simple tests. See my blog.

My latest blog is a reflection on the recent review from Amgen's Ryan Potts @pottslab on the latest generations of bifunctional agents. Check it our here. https://t.co/qnHykFYiWt
There's so much literature in TPD & beyond these days that it's difficult to read it all. I want to help by posting some blogs on some recent news or papers in TPD to share my perspective on where the work fits into the drug discovery landscape.
After a long absence from this platform, my new year's resolution is to post more regularly! I'm also building my own website (https://t.co/ts4gxRsUPT) to be a useful resource to those in the TPD & bifunctional space. Hope to chat you all again soon.
We are delighted to announce that we have achieved our first discovery milestone in collaboration with @bmsnews. It’s another step towards delivering our mission to unlock the full potential of Targeted Protein Degradation. https://t.co/pJcg0eoMMu #TargetedProteinDegradation
We are pleased to welcome Dr. Louise Modis to our team as CSO! She brings significant experience from prior roles @Mogrify_UK, @GSK, and more. @IanChurcher2 will now serve in the newly created role of CTO. See details in today’s announcement: https://t.co/hy8MaRsRel
Congratulations to Alessio Ciulli for being elected to the Royal Society of Edinburgh - very well merited for his contributions to the field of targeted protein degradation. @alessiociulli
So excited - two collaborations with two great companies to discover protein degrading medicines using the Amphista technology!
BMS, Merck KGaA push protein degrader ambitions with $2.3B Amphista partnerships https://t.co/EGaHgBHVta
Today we have announced a strategic collaboration with @MerckHealthcare. We will collaborate to leverage our proprietary Eclipsys™ #TPD platform and generate novel protein degrading therapeutics in oncology and immunology. https://t.co/fUR6XbZp8A #targetedproteindegradation
PROTAC-Tweeps: the chemical structure of Arvinas' AR-degrading clinical stage #PROTAC#ARV110 has not been disclosed. However, "inferred" structures can be found in the literature (e.g. here: https://t.co/qPRZMtdFs4). What do you think: which E3 ligase did Arvinas chose?
Bringing this amazing drug discovery facility and team into the Benevolent family means we can discover and develop AI-powered medicines faster than ever now!!! https://t.co/7sbm4upjmr
*ANNOUNCEMENT* Today we announce the acquisition of a state-of-the-art drug discovery and development facility on the @BabrahamUK campus in #Cambridge. This marks the first time an #AI company will be able to work across the entire #drugdiscovery process https://t.co/J5mMzqO7NG
