No wonder people use Amazon. High street brands like @ThePerfumeShop are unhelpful. Processed an order, rang immediately realising I’d made a mistake, can’t cancel, can’t change the delivery. A costly mistake I won’t make again, I’ll never shop with them again. Amazon cheaper too
