Most reports made on FixMyStreet end up either saying the pothole isn't big enough (which is definitely is) or that a contractor has been appointed (weeks ago). Last week patching was made closest to pavement - with the large groove totally ignored.

@SurreyCouncil @LincolnJopp It's astounding that a dangerous groove/degradation in the road surface in London Rd Staines (outside Elm Grove) has been ignored for so long (months) despite numerous reports online. Bikes & cars now swerving to avoid.

This has been going on for well over a month, with the checkouts becoming busier as we progress to Christmas this is stupid, and must be frustrating to your colleagues too.

@sainsburys Please resolve the issue where you CANNOT scan ANY reduced items on SMARTSHOP. You cannot manually enter them at the checkout either so HAVE to call an assistant. When this ONE person is already trying to assist upto 10 other checkouts EVERYTHING grinds to a halt

@sainsburys PLEASE sort the issue with Self Scan where no reduced items will scan. There is no way to add them yourself at the Smartscan tills. This means you have to call an assistant who is already trying to balance 10 or so tills under their watch. Its a 5 min wait at times.
