EUS Directed Transgastric ERCP (EDGE) has been shown to have benefits over lap-assisted ERCP in patients with history of gastric bypass.

Endoscopic mucosal resection of a 70mm colon polyp that was found on a screening colonoscopy of an asymptomatic 48 year old female! Colon cancer can be prevented if you screen! If you are 45 or older get screened! Dont wait!

@FahdRana3 Yes we usually use the nasal biliary drainage catheter connected to a pump to deliver the saline/methylene blue mix. I recommend adding contrast as well.

@JenanGhaith Most of these tumors are considered to be low-risk with low mitotic count. Many studies with long term follow ups (Upto 5 years) have shown no recurrence or implantation metastasis.
